Chickpea Chipati

Ingredients
1 cup Chick Pea (Besan) Flour (100 grams)1 tsp Baking Powder1 tsp Salt1 tsp Garlic Powder1 tsp Chili Pepper2 cups waterThis makes 4 chipatis
Directions
Mix dry ingredients. Take 1/4 cup of dry mix and add to bowl with 1/2 cup of water. Whisk. Pour into heated frying pan and cook on low-medium heat. This will make one large chipati.
