Oat Bran Bread (adapted from dukan)

1 cup wheat and oat bran1 cup wheat germ and powdered milk1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. baking powder2/3 cup greek nonfat yogurt(I find harris teeter had the lowest sodium) or use your favorite brand6 egg whites plus 2 whole egg 1/3 cup waterThis bread has to be kept in the refrigerator and lasts for a week.
Preheat oven to 390. Mix dry ingredients then wet ingredients. Stir wet into dry.
Grease an 8 inch loaf pan. I used a tinfoil pan that was the correct size and placed inside my 9 inch pan to stabilize the tinfoil pan.
Bake for 10 minutes. reduce to 370 bake for 35 minutes. When top is brown and toothpick inserted comes out clean bread is done.
Serving Size: Makes 24 slices.
