Roasted Delicata Squash

Ingredients
Delicata Squash (4, they are smallish)EVOOSalt/Pepper/Spices to Taste
Directions
Basically - cut the squash lengthwise and scoop out the seeds and gunk. Slice up each have into slices. Toss in the EVOO and whatever spices you want.

Throw on a pan and bake for 15 minutes on 425F, flip the pieces and bake for another 15 minutes.
