Apple Mango Avocado Chutney for Pork

1 Champanvne mango (peeled and deseeded) diced1/2 Medium Florida avocado (peeled and deseeded) diced1 small red Delicious apple corded and chopped1 jalapeno (red or green -seeds and members removed)= chopped fine1 slice from a medium sweet onion diced1 TB of chopped cilantrojuice of 1/2 a lime1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp cumin
1) Dice 1 small champagne mango
2) Dice 1\2 of one small to medium Florida avocado
3) Dice one small red Delicious apple
4) Mince one jalapeno (I removed seeds and membranes)
5) Finely dice one slice of a med to large sweet onion
6) Finely chop enough cilantro to yield about 1 good TB
Mix this altogether with the juice of 1/2 a lime, salt, and cumin.
Serving Size: 2 - 3/4 cup servings
