Kicking Broiled Parmesan Grouper

Ingredients
12 oz Grouper fillets1 tbsp and 1 and 1/2 tsp Light Mayonaise1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese2 tbsp butter softenedA dash of Hot Sauce 1 tbsp Lemon Juice1/8 tsp dried basil1/8 tsp ground black pepper1/8 tsp cajun seasoning1/8 tsp garlic powder
Directions
Mix all ingredients other than the grouper in a small bowl.

Place grouper on a baking sheet and broil for 2 - 3 minutes or until fish looks opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
Remove baking sheet from over. Spread each grouper filet with the cheese mixture.
Return to over and broil for an additional 2 minutes.

Take out and enjoy!
