Cabbage Roll Casserole

Ingredients
2 lbs lean ground beef1 medium onion, chopped2 cups Minute Rice Whole Grain Brown Rice, uncooked2 cans Soup at Hand Garden Tomato 2 14 fl oz cans Tomato Sauce no oil 1 can water 2 cups cabbage, choppedSeason to taste - garlic powder, pepper, crushed red pepper flakes, onion powder, Italian seasoning, black pepper
Directions
In large skillet, saute ground beef and onion, drain fat and stir in uncooked rice. Remove from heat. Cut cabbage in small wedges and put in bottom of greased casserole dish. Pour ground beef and rice mixture over cabbage. Combine tomato soup, tomato sauce and water, mix well and pour overtop of ground beef mixture, making sure to pour along all edges. Bake in 350 degree oven for 2 hours.
