Lamb and dried plum stew

Ingredients
Directions
2 lbs lamb, cubed2 tbsp Berbere spice mix2 tbsp butter or ghee1 can tomato sauce1 can diced tomatoes1/2 cup dried plum pieces3 cups fresh spinach
Brown the lamb in a hot pan with the spice mix and ghee.
Toss it into a crock pot along with remaining ingredients (except spinach). Stir well. Cook on low for approximately 7 hours.
About 15 minutes before serving, stir in the spinach.
Enjoy over wild rice if you eat the carbs or all on it's own if you don't. :)
