Ingredients
*Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast, 20 oz (remove)Broccoli, fresh, 2 stalk (remove)Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips (remove)*Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 3 tbsp (remove)*Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade, 2 tbsp (remove)*Swanson Natural Goodness Chicken Broth, 1 cup (remove)Ginger Root, 1 tsp (remove)Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)Baby Carrots, raw, 200 grams (remove)*Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil, 2 tbsp (remove
Directions
stir fry chicken in 1 tbl vege oil until cooked through and browned. Add onion half way through. Remove from pan onto separate plate. Heat another Tbl vege oil, Add carrots, cook 2-3 minutes, add brocolli and chicken broth cook another 2-3 min.Let liquid cook down, add remaining vegetables. cook to your liking. add soy and teriyaki sauces, and ginger root.
