I love spice but Hubby found it a bit too spicy. Definately a fan of baking cauliflower and will play with spices as well! - 3/11/10

I used chili powder instead of the other spices, and it turned out really nice... just enough for flavor but not enough to make it spicy. An easy way to change it up a little, Ill make it again for sure. - 3/17/08

I thought this was a little hot...my kids didn't like it at all. If I did make it again I would definitely go less on the peppers and more on a seson salt of some type. - 3/2/08

easy and tasty, next time I'll play a bit w the spices. Gave a nice carmelized look and taste to a pretty plain veggie. - 11/13/07
