2-Pound Apple Pie Filling

Ingredients
2 pounds peeled, sliced apples1/4 c. flour3/4 c. sugar1 tsp. ground cinnamon1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg1/4 tsp. ground cardamom
Directions
Make a double pie crust (for a bottom and top crust) using your favorite recipe. Place this filling in the bottom crust, cover with the top crust and seal. Make baking vents, bake at 350 for at least an hour, until juices are bubbling in the center.
