*chicken kebab, 360 gram(s) *Iceberg Lettace, 200 gram(s), finely chopped*Raddish, 20 grams, dicedOlive Oil, 1 tbsp *Balsamic Vinegar, 2 tbsp Tomatoes, 100gm, cut in rings*Potato, raw, 120 gms, cut in wedgesRed Onion Raw, 60 gms, cut in rings Nectarine, 220gms, cut in cubes2 small servings of fat free youghartGreen onion,10 gms, finely chopped1 tsp cinnamon2 tsp black papper1 tsp all-spice1 tsp salt
Grill the chicken Kebab. Add on a bed of lettace and diced raddish, tossed with olive oil and balsamic vinger.
Mix youghart with all-spice, cinnamon and black paper and green onion. Surround with freshly cubed nectarine . Top with fresh parsley.
Grill the potato, tomato and onion rings and half of nactarine.
