Homemade hashbrowns

Ingredients
3 large potatoes, peeled and boiled1/4 cup canola oil for fryingKosher salt to taste
Directions
Peel and dice your potato's. Put in a microwave safe bowl, and cook for about 3-4 minutes, just enough to time to soften them a little bit. this will cut the frying time down by half! Drain the water then add the potato's to your frying pan, which should be HOT and ready to fry. Let the potatos make a crust, then flip it. This will take appr. 15-20 minutes. If you want less calories, you can do the same thing with a sweet potato. Enjoy!
