Saucy Pork Chops

1 lb lean boneless pork chops1/2 tsp salt2 Tbsp Splenda brown sugar blend1/4 tsp pepper1 tsp garlic powder2 tsp olive oil1 cups low sugar ketchup1 tsp Liquid Smoke
1. Add the oil to a skillet over medium-high heat. Sprinkle both sides of pork chops with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Once the oil is heated, sear both sides of the pork until golden, about 3 minutes per side. Add to slow cooker.
2. In a medium bowl, combine the ketchup, liquid smoke and brown sugar and stir until smooth. Pour the mixture over the chops and stir.
3. Cover and cook on LOW 6 hours.
