1 lb Lean ground beef1 lb ground pork2 cups sliced and rough chopped mushrooms1 egg1 cup shredded fresh parmesan cheese5 garlic cloves chopped1/2 c. white wine1 c. chopped fresh flat leaf parsley1/2 c. plain bread crumbs1 tsp. ground black pepperdash of salt
Cook ground beef and ground pork till no longer pink. Drain off excess fat. Place ground meat into crock pot set on low. Slice and chop mushrooms. Add to crock pot. Chop garlic and parsley, add to crock pot. Stir. Add egg, cheese, white wine, parsley, bread crumbs, salt and pepper. Stir again, mixing well. Cover and let sit in crock pot on low 1.5-2 hours.
