Creamy Carrot Soup

Ingredients
Carrots, raw, 8 cup, chopped Onions, raw, 6 tbsp choppedOlive Oil, 1 tbsp Cilantro, raw, 3 tbsp Broth: Organic Chicken, 24 oz Water, bottled, 3 serving
Directions
Sweat onions in olive oil until onions become clear. Add carrots, chopped finely, with broth and water. Cook until carrots are soft. Allow carrots to cool for about 15 minutes. Add cilantro, & puree soup in blender until smooth. Add Bragg's Aminos, salt, pepper, etc, to taste. This soup is very satisfying and freezes well.
