Ingredients
Yogurt, plain, low fat, 2 cup (8 fl oz) Cucumber (with peel), 1 cup grated cucumber (8-1/4") Garlic powder, 0.5 tspDried Mint , 0.5 tsp.Salt 0.5 tsp.
Directions
Mix the salt, garlic powder, dried mint and yogurt with a spoon until smooth. Grate the cucumber and add to the mixture. Chill in the refrigerator and serve as a dip.
