Jello cream cheese dessert - low carb

Ingredients
8 oz boiling water1 small box sugar free jello, lemon or another flavor12 oz philadelphia cream cheese, regular1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Use 8 oz boiling water and mix in 8 cup bowl with 1 package of sugar free jello until dissolved. May use any flavor. Add 12 oz cream cheese and use electric mixer to blend in same bowl, and when mixed, add 1-2 tsp. of vanilla. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours until firm, then serve or cover for later use.

Serving Size: makes 4 servings, easily doubles
