No Sugar Apple Butter

Ingredients
Apples to fill slow cooker (about 8 cups)Cinnamon and other spices
Directions
Core and quarter apples. Do not peel. Place in slow cooker with about 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar. Cook on low 8 to 10 hours. Blend cooked apples in blender (in batches). Return to slow cooker and cook an additional 4 hours, or until butter is richly golden and thick. Add desired spices to taste.

Serving Size: Makes about 4 cups, or 64 Tbsp.
