1 T lime juice2 T sugar1/4 C canola oil2 T apple cider vinegar1 tsp toasted sesame oil1 pkg ramen noodles6 cups Napa cabbage, sliced into thin ribbons4 scallions, diced1 cup sliced radishMix first four ingredients together. Meanwhile, toast ramen in sesame oil in skillet. Let cool. Toss together vegetales in large bowl. Add dressing and ramen; mix well.
Mix together all ingredients except ramen and sesame oil. {can mix up dressing first, toss after veggies are in bowl}. Toast ramen in skillet with sesame oil [add peanuts if desired]. Let cool. Add to slaw. Toss well. Goes great with flank steak.
