Kale, Pepper and Pear Salad

Ingredients
2 cups of finely chopped kale4 mini sweet peppers1/2 red pear1 tsp of sunflower seeds1 tsp of balsamic vinegar1 tsp of extra virgin olive oilsalt to taste
Directions
Chop several leaves of kale to get about 2 cups of Kale
Use a food chopper to chop up the pear and the peppers together
Mix the Kale and the pear and peppers
Add the balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil
Sprinkle the sunflower seeds and the salt
Mix it all together
