Raw Almond Butter Cups

For the base:3/4 c. raw almonds1/4 c. rolled oats2 T. raw almond butter1.5 T. coconut oil (warm if necessary)1.5 T. pure maple syrup (or agave)1/4 t. cinnamon1/4 t. pure vanillapinch of sea saltFor the topping:3 T. coconut oil3 T. pure maple syrup2 T. cocoa powderpinch of sea salt
1. Add almonds and oats to a high-speed blender and blend until a flour forms. Dump into a large bowl.
2. Add the remaining ingredients and stir until it resembles a sticky cookie dough.
3. Portion the dough into each muffin cup (use silicone or line a muffin tin with paper liners).
4. To make the sauce--Whisk the ingredients together until no clumps remain. Spoon the sauce over top of each cup.
5. Place in the freezer for 30-45 minutes until firm. Pop out the cups and enjoy. Store left-overs in the freezer.
