3 c. Bisquick1 can diced tomatoes2 eggs2/3 c. almond milk3 oz slice pepperoni diced1 c. shredded pizza cheese1 t. parsley1 t. garlic powder1 t. onion powder1 t. dried basil1 bell pepper finely diced 4 T. canola oil
Mix together eggs, almond milk, canola oil. Mix together the remaining ingredients. Pour egg mixture into the Bisquick mixture. Stir until just mixed. Use paper muffin liners or spray with cooking spray. Fill muffin tins to almost full. Bake at 350 for 16 to 18 minutes.
