Ingredients
2 cup plain, nonfat Greek yogurt3/4 cup light olive oil mayo1 cup apple cider vinegar1/3 cup splenda1/2 cup watersalt and pepper1/2 cup sunflower seeds5oz low sugar Craisins1 3/4 cup 2% milk sharp cheddar9 slices Morningstar Farms bacon strips, cooked and crumbled.1 cup shredded carrots2 heads of broccoli, chopped.1 large head of cauliflower, chopped
Directions
To make dressing; mix yogurt, mayo, water, vinegar, splenda, and salt and pepper to taste.
Mix in cheese, Craisins, sunflower seeds, shredded carrots, and bacon.
Mix in broccoli and cauliflower.
