Apple Cinnamon Loaf

Ingredients
1/3 cup brown sugar (not packed)2 tsp ground cinnamon1 Tbsp butter, meltd1/4 cup non-fat fage1/4 cup sugar1/4 cup splenda3 egg whites1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract3/4 cup flour3/4 cup whole wheat flour1 3/4 tsp baking powder1/2 cup milk1 apple, chopped
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9x5 loaf pan. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon together in a bowl and set aside. Beat melted butter, sugar, splenda and fage together in a bowl until smooth and creamy. Beat egg whites till frothy and incorporate into mixture. Add vanilla extract.

Combine flour, baking powder in another bowl - stir into creamed mixture. Mix milk into batter until smooth. Pour half the batter into prepared loaf pan. next add half the apples and half the brown sugar cinnamon mix. Pat lightly into batter.

Pour the remaining batter over apple layer; top with remaining apples and brown sugar/cinnamon mixture. pat into batter and swirl brown sugar mixture through apples using a spoon.

Bake in preheated oven until toothpick inserted in the center of the loaf comes out clean, 30 to 40 minutes.
