Ikey's Cranberry Salad

1 small box cherry Jello1 small box raspberry Jello2 cups sugar2 cups water1 quart fresh cranberries3 cups water3 cups chopped apples1 1/2 cups chopped celery1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts
In a large bowl mix together contents of Jello packets with sugar and 2 cups water, set aside.
In a medium saucepan cook cranberries in 3 cups water until they pop open. Pour hot cranberries over jello mixture and stir well until sugar is dissolved. Set aside to cool.
Add apples, celery, and walnuts to cooled cranberry mixture. Stir to combine. Chill until ready to serve.
Serving Size: 48 1/4 cup servings
