Wild Rice Cheesy Soup

Ingredients
Onion, raw, 1 large5 CubesChicken Boullion CubeWild Rice, 8 cup(remove)7 Cups Buttermilk, lowfat 3 Red Potato48 oz Jennie O Turkey Thick Cut Turkey Bacon32 oz Velveeta Light Cheese Product5 stalks Celery3 cups water
Directions
cut bacon into bite size pieces and cook
dice onion and celery and saute in seperate pan
boil potatos and rice seperate
boil 3 cups water with chicken boullion

combine all cooked ingredients in a stock pot and add cheese (cubed) and milk.

stir continuously until cheese is melted and soup is hot.
