1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1/2 tbsp. chopped Scallions, raw2 oz. Mixed *Bell Pepper, diced 1/2 slice *Healthy Choice cooked ham3 oz. Crimini mushroom2 oz. Milk, low sodium1 dash Salt1 dash of Pepper, black
Combine milk and egg, stir till blended. Add dice bell peppers, scallions, mushroom and ham and stir.
Pour contents into the Tupperware Breakfast Cooker, place lid on.
Microwave on high heat for 1 1/2 minutes minutes. Depending on the wattage of your microwave.
