Ingredients:*Tomatoes-Great Value-Petite Diced-No Salt, 4 14.5 oz. cans**tomato paste, great value, 6 oz. can*Albertsons Diced Green Chiles, 4 oz. can Dark Red Kidney Bean, Great Value, 2 15.5 oz cans*Kidney Bean, Bush’s Light Red, 2 15.5 oz. cans Baby Kale and Spinach Blend, Marketside, 3 cup *Jennie-O Lean Ground Turkey, 1.25 lbs.*Red Bell Pepper (Peppers, sweet, red, raw) (USDA) (1 medium, 119 g), 1 serving *Onion - Yellow - 1/4 Cup,*Clove of Garlic, 3 cloves*Bolthouse Farms Baby-Cut Carrots, 5 oz **McCormick ground cumin, 3 tbsp *Chili Powder (Kroger), 6 tsp *Lemon Juice (ReaLemon) 1 tsp,
Directions
Brown ground turkey and onion together in a frying pan.
Add all but 2 cloves of ingredients to crockpot. Let cook about 8 hours on slow, stir and taste about 6 hours in, adjust seasoning to taste, throw in last 2 cloves of garlic in the last half hour of cooking.
