Broad Bean & Potato Curry

Ingredients
Olive Oil, 2 1tsp Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Garlic, 4 cloves *Dried Chilli flakes, .2 tsp Ginger Root, 1.5 tsp *ground tumeric, 1 tsp *Cumin seed, 1 tsp *cumin powder, 1.5 tbsp *Coriander leaf, dried, 1 tbsp *Potato, raw, 2 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) *broad bean (fava, fresh preferably), 50 gram(s) Mushrooms, fresh, 4 small Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 Italian tomato Tomato Paste, 20 grams
Directions
Fry onions garlic and cumin seeds followed by all other spices and finally, tomato paste. Add medium-sized dice of potatoes and about a cup of water. Simmer for 10 mins, then add mushrooms & broad beans and simmer another 5 or so until soft.
