Drunken Black Lentil & Pumpkin Chili

Ingredients
2 T. extra virgin olive oil1 medium sweet onion, chopped4 cloves garlic, chopped1 large zucchini, chopped1 large yellow squash, chopped1 delicata squash, seeded and chopped2 T. chili powder1 T. cumin2 -15 oz. cans pumpkin2 c. black lentils2 - 28 oz. cans tomatoes, chopped2 - 12 oz. beers
Directions
Heat oil in heavy pot, add onion and garlic, sauté until soft. Add squashes, chili powder, and cumin, stir. Saute for 5 minutes. Add lentils, tomato, beer, and pumpkin. Simmer 45 minutes, stir frequently to keep from burning.
