Protein Banana Bread

1.5 scoops protein powder.5 c whole wheat flour1 tsp baking soda.5 tsp cinnamon2 ripe bananas (mashed)2 egg whites2 T vanilla Greek yogurt1/3 c oats*optional topping not included in nutritional information1/3 c oats2 T brown sugardrizzling of honeydash cinnamonMix topping ingredients with clean hands. Be sure to sprinkle enough honey into the mix so that the topping begins to stick/clump together. Sprinkle topping over the bread mix.
- Preheat oven to 350
- Mix dry ingredients
- Add bananas, egg whites and yogurt - mix well
- Pour into a bread pan sprayed with cooking spray
- Bake for 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
- Place on a baking rack to cool then slice
