wonton soup

Ingredients
pork, vegetables, vegetable broth, ginger, soy sauce, tofu, wonton wrappers
Directions
simmer tofu in water/broth with 1/3 of vegetables. chop pork and remaining vegetables very fine and mix with 1/2 of ginger. divide evenly among wrappers. fold wrappers as it shows on their package and then drop into broth. shake remaining ginger and soy sauce into broth and simmer about 5-7 minutes, or until all wontons float to the top and become soft. can also easily be made vegetarian with tempeh instead of pork.
