Lynette's Spinach, Bacon and Feta Omlet

Ingredients
3/4 C egg substitute2 Tbsp chopped onion2 C fresh spinach1 slice turkey bacon (crumbled)1/4 C Feta cheese1/4 C salsa
Directions
Spray frying pan with nonstick cooking spray. Saute onion and spinach until wilted. Arrange evenly in pan and pour egg substitute into pan. Add bacon. Season with pepper, garlic powder, and parsley flakes. Cook until mostly done on top. Flip and cook on the other side. Fold in half, putting feta inside. Serve with salsa on top.
