Stuffed Artichokes

Ingredients
3 fresh artichokes1/2 c. Italian breadcrumbs1/2 c. romano cheese3 taps of butterabout 1/2 c. water
Directions
Cut tops off of artichokes. Rinse them clean and drain. Mix romano cheese and breadcrumbs. Stuff all the leaves of the aritchokes with romano and breadcrumb mixture. Place a tap of butter on the top of each artichoke. Place in slow cooker. Add about a 1/2 inch of water to bottom of cooker. Cook on high about 3-1/2 to 4 hours. When leaves pull away easily, artichokes are done.
