Pumpkin Pie, Breakfast in a Mug!

Ingredients
1/3 c. Oats1 egg1/4 c. pumpkin puree2 T. applesauce2 t. agavePumpkin spice and extra cinnamon to taste
Directions
1. (Optional) Blend oats a bit to make the consistency more pie-like.
2. Mix all ingredients together and pour into a microwave-safe mug.
3. Cook on high for 1 minute. Check and cook in 30 second intervals until center is no longer liquidy (about 2 minutes in my microwave). Remove and enjoy!

Serving Size: Makes one filling breakfast in a mug.
