Chicken Breast 12 ozOnion 1 cup choppedRed Peppers 1 cup choppedChicken Bouillon 6 tspsWater 12 cupsCostco (Asian Stir Fry Veggies) 1/2 bag = 20 oz.Sesame Oil - 1 tspHot Pepper Oil - 1 tsp
Place two oils in large pot and fry onions, garlic, chicken breasts cut into small squares, and red peppers. Add salt and pepper.
Add chicken bouillon, water, frozen Asian stir fry veggies, and heat for 15 min on medium heat. Remove from heat and then place in individual containers for soup snacks throughout the week. Less than 100 calories per serving. Add a potsticker (75 calories) to give it a real special flavor.
