Ingredients
1 bag of baby carrots5 peeled potatoes cut into cubes1 can of cream of mushroom soup(12 oz)1 onion cut into thick slices (bite size)1 pound beef brisket cooked and sliced8 oz chicken/beef stock
Directions
Place the beef in the cooker while cutting up the rest of the ingredients with the stove on medium flame. make sure to flip the beef. then add the rest of the ingredients and put lid on pressure cooker and cook for 20 minutes or until done.
