cheese and mushroom omelette

2 eggs1 cup of mushrooms2 oz of swiss cheesehalf of an onion1tsp of olive oil
grill the onions and the mushrooms first with olive oil.
Take out of pan and reserve
Then, beat the eggs and pour them in the pan.
When they are almost cooked, add the mushrooms, the onion and pieces of cheese on top.
Flip half of the omelette on the other half.
Wait a little for the cheese to melt and serve.
