Lynn's Seafood Gumbo

Ingredients
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil1/2 small onion, chopped1/2 bell pepper, chopped2 med stalks celery, chopped2 cloves garlic, minced1 can diced tomatoes1 can tomato sauce, 6 oz1 T Worcestershire Sauce1 1/2 cups low sodium chicken broth1 tsp seasoning salt2 tsp blackening seasoning6 oz lump crabmeat8 oz raw shrimp, chopped1 cup frozen cut okra
Directions
Heat the oil in a 5 qt saucepan over medium high heat. Add celery, onion, pepper and garlic and cook stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes or until softened. Stir in flour and cook until mixture bubbles about 1-2 minutes. Add the tomatoes, tomato sauce, chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce and seasonings . Reduce the heat to low, cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Add the okra, shrimp and crabmeat and simmer for 20 minutes longer. Serve hot.
