Eggroll in a bowl

Ingredients
6 cups shredded cabbage1 pound ground beef1 T. sesame oil1 cup shredded carrots1 med. onion, chopped3 garlic cloves, minced2 green onion stalks, chopped1 tsp. ground ginger1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
Directions
Brown ground meat in large pan. Add chopped onions (not green). Cook.
In small bowl, mix garlic, ginger and soy sauce. Add to pan. Immediately add cabbage and carrots.
Cook for a few minutes until cabbage slightly wilts and carrots soften. Add sesame oil and mix.
Turn off heat and add green onions, salt and pepper to taste. Stir. Serve warm.
