Frozen Skinless Salmon Fillet

Ingredients
4 oz SalmonRosemary garlic seasoning to taste
Directions
spray the bottom of a fry pan with light olive oil
sprinkle some Rosemary on the pan to the size of the Salmon Filet.
Add the Salmon on top to the seasoning and top with some more seasoning to taste.
Cook for 6 minutes till flaky
