1 pork chop, bone-in ok1 medium onion, sliced1 cup fresh apple cider1 5" sweet potato, peeled
Directions
Layer sweet potato (bottom), pork chop, sliced onion in slow cooker; cover with 1 cup apple cider and cook on "low" for 8 hours. Enjoy!
