Ingredients
1/2 whole wheat English Muffin1/2 cup mixed frozen berries (strawberries, raspberries, blackberries and bluberries)Dollop of Lite Whipped Cream
Directions
Toast the English muffin. Defrost the frozen berry mix. Top the toasted muffin with the berries and add a dollop of canned whipped cream (low-fat is better). Enjoy!
