Dairy-Free, Peanut-Free No-Bake Cookies (Honey, Almond Milk, Coconut Oil, Almond Butter)

Ingredients
1/2 c. honey1/3 c. cocoa powder, unsweetened1/4 c. almond milk1/4 c. coconut oil1/4 c. almond butter2 c. rolled oats1/3 c. shredded coconut1 tsp vanilla1/8 tsp salt
Directions
Heat honey and cocoa until well mixed. Add almond milk and coconut oil, bring to boil, boil 1.5 minutes. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients, mix well. Scoop into mounds and let sit until set.
