French Fried Onion Chicken

Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves4 med. potatoes, peeled and halved1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup1 (8 oz.) container sour cream1 (2.8 oz.) can French-fried onion rings
Directions
Place chicken in a greased 9x13 pan. Arrange potatoes around chicken. Combine soup and sour cream; spread over chicken and potatoes. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 1-1/4 hours. Sprinkle with onions; bake 10 minutes longer or until juices run clear. Yield 4 servings. Note: You can add 1 can of condensed cream of mushroom soup instead of what is listed and 1 large can of french-cut green beans for a change.
