Apple Chicken Quesadillas

Ingredients
4 flour tortilla (approximately 8 inches wide) 1 cup chicken meat (cooked and shredded) 1/2 cup Kroger Reduced Fat Mexican Blend Cheese 1/2 gala apple (sliced) 1/4 cup salsa (I use hot peach and mango salsa)
Directions
Heat a large skillet on medium. Place one wrap in the skillet. Flip it a couple of times with a spatula, then let it sit in the pan heating up until air pockets form and parts of the wrap begin to puff up. Flip it again.

Place cheese on half of the wrap, at least 1/2-inch from the edge of the wrap. Add chicken pieces and apples on top of the cheese. Fold the wrap over like an omelette, and press down on the folded wrap with the spatula. At this point, if you have enough room in your skillet, you can add a second wrap to the pan to begin to heat it up.

Top wraps with salsa and serve.
