Ingredients
Egg, almond meal, ground flax, sunflower seeds, apple cider vinegar, baking soda, dash of salt
Directions
whip egg, set aside.
Mix all dry ingredients.
add vinegar to dry mix, stir in.
Add egg, mix in.
Pour into greased ramekin.
Microwave 2- 2 1/2 minutes.
Slice & enjoy
