Mushroom Tabouli Pocket

Ingredients
half cup gourmet mushroomswater1 tsp garlic1 pat butter2 tbsp Mushroom stock (home made).5 cup Cedarlane Quinoa Tabouli1 full pocket thin (split in half)
Directions
1. add the mushrooms in a bowl and cover with water Let sit to reconstitute for 20 minutes
2. reserve 2 tbsp of the water to use as stock
3. Heat pan and add butter, mushroom stock, and garlic and heat to smoke point
4. Add mushrooms and cook for approximately 3 minutes
5. on a cutting board chop up to mushrooms as desired
6. Mix mushrooms with Tabouli and combine.
7. Stuff Pocket
8. EAT
