Buckwheat Bread - no knead

Ingredients
2 1/4 cups of Buckwheat Flour!/4 teaspoon of Active Dry Yeast1 teaspoon of Salt1 1/4 cups of tepid Water
Directions
Mix all the dry ingredients then add the tepid water and combine. Cover and leave for 18 to 24 hours. Fold over leave to sit for 30 minutes, then place in baking pan. Bake for 30 minutes covered then an additional 15 uncovered.
