Wendy's Chinese Fried Rice

Ingredients
1 t Sesame Oil5 green onions, sliced4 c cooked brown rice2 c frozen peas1/2 c shredded sweet potato12 egg whites1 whole egg1/4 c liquid aminospepper to taste
Directions
Heat large nonstick pan and add sesame oil.

Add rice, peas, green onions and sweet potato to pan.
Stir often.

In meantime, separate egg whites and add whole egg and liquid aminos and stir with wire whisk.

Add egg mixture to rice mixture in pan. Cook until egg is completely cooked.
